Position: Sr. Consultant / Lead - Oracle Fusion Talent Acquisition & Production Support.

Experience: 5+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM, with focus on Talent Acquisition and Production Support.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced professional to provide functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion Talent Acquisition Cloud and related HCM modules.
The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, system configurations, integrations, issue resolution, and production support to ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional and production support for Oracle Fusion Talent Acquisition (Recruiting Cloud), Onboarding, and Core HR modules.
- Manage daily production issues, service requests, and incidents, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs.
- Configure and maintain recruiting workflows, job requisition templates, offer letters, approval rules, career site setup, and candidate experience.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement long-term fixes.
- Coordinate with Oracle Support (SR management) and internal IT/HR teams for resolution of product-related issues.
- Manage integrations between Recruiting Cloud and downstream systems (Payroll, HRMS, Background Checks, Job Boards, etc.
- Monitor system performance, data integrity, and conduct periodic audits.
- Support system upgrades, regression testing, and quarterly patch cycles in Talent Acquisition.
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, process flows, and support activities.
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Business teams to gather requirements and enhance system functionalities.
