Job Title: IT Audit Consultant
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2-5 years
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform IT General Controls (ITGC) and Application Controls reviews across key business systems.
- Support statutory and internal audits by evaluating IT processes and control environments.
- Conduct ISO 27001 gap assessments, internal audits, and assist clients with ISMS implementation.
- Identify control weaknesses, assess associated risks, and recommend effective remediation measures.
- Prepare and maintain detailed audit documentation, reports, and client deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk advisory and cybersecurity professionals.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, IT frameworks, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience: 2-5 years in IT Audit, ITGC testing, and ISO 27001 implementation or audit.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of ITGC, SOX compliance, and risk-based auditing.
- Working knowledge of ISO 27001:2022 standards, documentation, and certification processes.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, or ITIL is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple engagements effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Professional certifications preferred: CISA, ISO 27001 LA/LI, or equivalent
