- It is a firm that supports independent consultants and boutique firms by helping them scale and secure more projects.

- We're currently seeking independent consultants in India who are looking to expand their practice through a mutually beneficial partnership.

Currently, IBC is looking for the following:

- Independent consultants currently working for themselves.

- At least 5-15 years of prior consulting experience.

- Expertise in one or more of the following areas.

- Growth Strategy

- GTM / Market-Entry Strategy

- Innovation Strategy

- M&A and Investment Strategy

- Strategic Agenda & Planning

- Consultants can be based anywhere in India, as their projects do not require travel.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Conversion:

- Support the firm in converting potential leads into active consulting projects by leveraging your expertise.

Project Management & Delivery:

- Take ownership of managing and delivering consulting projects, ensuring that client expectations are met and outcomes are achieved.

Client Engagement:

- Lead client interactions, building strong relationships during and after projects to secure ongoing work and future opportunities.

Team Mentorship:

- Provide guidance and mentorship to IBC's team members, sharing your expertise to help develop their consulting skills and improve project execution.
