Job Description: Strategy: - Client wise strategy to ensure timely and quality delivery - Develop procedures, establish standards, and track delivery of services to the client to ensure green SLAs within the stipulated time frame - Implement business-specific process efficiency and effectiveness in order to enhance productivity and measure it on periodic basis - Guide team members to create project wise action plan along with key metrics to be measured on periodic basis to maximize delivery efficiency. - Drive Business Growth in existing engagements and support business team as subject matter expert as and when needed. Stakeholder Management: - Build escalation matrix to assist team members and client to highlight issues and ensure quicker resolution - Analyze and identify the process related problems and proactively provide solutions for the issues and problems related to clients. - Direct team members and ensure client satisfaction for the assigned engagements in HRO services. - Build coherent environment and bridge any gap between clients and team. - Periodically review project/delivery MIS detailing out critical delivery and quality metrics; - Connect F2F with clients to get feedback of the services provided and ensure quality customer relationship. Operational Excellence: - The OE role is self-driven, and goal oriented with a focus in delivering a business solution that meets the customers need. This role requires hands-on experience of Payroll Processes. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to dis-aggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions. - Expertise along with strong stakeholder management to drive process and system improvements.
