The HR Digital Transformation Consultant will lead and manage digital transformation initiatives within the HR domain for our client in the food and beverage industry. The role focuses on leveraging digital tools and strategies to enhance HR processes, improve employee engagement, and drive organizational change on the internal HR systems. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital innovation and implement solutions that align with business objectives. Project Duration - 3 to 6 months Location- Remote and if required travel to client location Responsibilities: 1. Lead the design and implementation of HR digital transformation strategies. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify digital opportunities within HR processes. 3. Develop and execute change management plans to support digital initiatives. 4. Analyze current HR systems and processes to recommend improvements. 5. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote digital adoption. 6. Monitor and report on the progress of digital transformation projects. 7. Ensure alignment of digital initiatives with overall business goals. Key Deliverables: 1.
