Role Overview:
As a Growth Strategy/RTM/GTM Consultant, you will work directly with clients to develop and implement innovative growth strategies, optimize their route-to-market approaches, and execute effective go-to-market plans. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including client executives, internal consulting teams, and subject matter experts, to analyze market trends, assess competitive landscapes, and identify opportunities for revenue growth and market share expansion. This role is critical in helping our clients achieve their strategic objectives and build sustainable competitive advantages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and market trends for clients.
- Develop and evaluate pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability for new and existing products/services.
- Design and implement go-to-market strategies, including market segmentation, targeting, and positioning, to drive successful product launches and market entry for clients.
- Optimize route-to-market strategies, including channel selection, distribution models, and sales force effectiveness, to improve market coverage and sales performance for clients.
- Develop sales strategies and compensation plans to incentivize sales teams and drive revenue growth for clients.
- Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to understand competitor strategies, market positioning, and pricing tactics for clients.
- Provide strategic recommendations and implementation support to clients on growth initiatives, market expansion, and new product launches.
- Develop and deliver presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Required Skillset:
Demonstrated abilities in:
- Developing and implementing growth strategies, go-to-market plans, and route-to-market strategies.
- Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and pricing analysis.
- Designing sales strategies and compensation plans.
- Communicating complex ideas effectively through presentations and reports.
- Working collaboratively in teams and managing client relationships.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school.
