As a Consultant in our Global Audit practice based in Bangalore, you will serve as a critical link in ensuring financial integrity and regulatory compliance for our diverse portfolio of multinational clients.

You will work closely with cross-functional engagement teams and senior client stakeholders to navigate complex accounting landscapes, providing insights that drive transparency and operational excellence.

By delivering high-quality audit services, you directly influence the reliability of financial reporting, helping our clients build trust with their investors and the broader market while advancing your expertise in global accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute comprehensive statutory audit procedures for global clients to ensure adherence to international financial reporting standards and local regulatory requirements.

- Analyze complex financial datasets to identify potential risks and control deficiencies, providing actionable recommendations that strengthen the client's internal governance framework.

- Collaborate with engagement managers and international audit teams to streamline audit workflows, ensuring timely delivery of high-stakes financial statements.

- Communicate audit findings and technical accounting interpretations clearly to client management to facilitate informed decision-making and process improvements.

- Document audit evidence and maintain detailed working papers in accordance with firm methodology and professional standards to support the integrity of the final audit opinion.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate deep technical proficiency in Statutory Audit and financial reporting, with a strong grasp of IFRS, GAAP, or relevant local accounting frameworks.

- Exhibit exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of distilling complex financial information into clear, strategic insights for stakeholders.

- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with diverse client teams and articulate technical concepts with confidence.

- Hold a professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or CPA, complemented by a solid academic background from a reputable institution.
