Consultant-Finance/Risk Management-Asset Management/Mutual Fund  Job - Consultant for internal and/or external audit, process reviews, finance function or risk management function in a Mutual Fund/Asset Management   Company – leading business process management company  Location – Gurgaon  Job description   - Position will be responsible for leading large projects encompassing internal audit reviews, enterprise risk assessments, operational process reviews, documentation and control testing, evaluating internal controls, reliability of financial reporting, compliance with applicable laws and regulations and effectiveness and efficiency of operations including cost management.   Position will:  - Play a key role in leading assignments including developing audit project plans, allocating resources, and leading staff members.  - Draft original work programs appropriate for assignment.  - Determine whether areas reviewed are performing control activities in compliance with applicable policies and procedures and in a manner consistent with both organizational objectives and high standards of administrative practice.   - Report findings and make recommendations for the correction of noted control deficiencies, improvements in operations, and reductions in cost.   - Lead a skilled group of risk consulting professionals and be proficient with the broad range of skills commonly used by a national accounting / consulting firm.  - Maintain strong client focus by building strong relationships with clients, scheduling and conducting key client meetings.   - Play an active role in development and roll-out of training initiatives for staff.  Required qualifications  - Post graduate qualification as an MBA or CA. CIA, or CISA a plus  - Required overall experience of 3-5 years in internal and/or external audit, process reviews, Finance function or risk management function in a Mutual Fund/Asset Management company/worked on various mutual fund engagements with the Big 4  - Must have knowledge pertaining to SEBI, AMFI and other Mutual Fund related regulations  - Possesses knowledge of key areas viz: Fund accounting, custodian, registrar and transfer agents, NAV calculations etc  - Understands the various compliances to be adhered to by a Mutual Fund/Asset Management Company   - Must have demonstrated experience in managing significant projects.   - Must be able to work, at times, multiple assignments simultaneously.   - Strong report writing and presentation skills, an analytical mind, and problem solving abilities.  - Position requires the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and handle confidential information discretely and professionally.   - Must be able to react to deadlines with flexibility and professionalism.   - Strong PC skills, including Word, Excel, Visio.  - Excellent communication, relationship building and strategic planning skills.  - Ability to travel 20 - 50% of the time.  CTC Band – 10 to 15 Lpa   If interested, please send your resume to 'shweta@trulux.in' with the subject line ‘Consultant-Asset Management’.
