
Responsibilities:
- Portfolio of mandates (C-suite only) : Manage and execute a portfolio of mandates across sectors, geographies, functions and levels. Develop and execute search strategy, perform primary and secondary research, construct target lists of companies and candidates, contact high-potential candidates, write position specifications, conduct candidate interviews and drafting comprehensive candidate assessment reports. Have capability to independently execute searches at Sr consultant level
- Build Network : Develop industry network with potential and existing candidates and gather market intelligence.
- Market understanding : Demonstrate a working knowledge of market trends within specific industries. Apply knowledge of market trends to assist in candidate assessments.
- Compliance : Maintain process compliance through progress trackers, regular reviews and internal operational protocols.
- Business development support : work closely with partners on pitch decks, and presentations
Experience:
- Communication and presentation skills : Contributes to the development of sales presentation deliverables using prescribed formats and technology.
- Initiative and Drive : show high levels of initiative & enterprise; Smart and intrinsically motivated
- Deep research capability : Experience with online research, & database is preferred.
- Networking & Business Development Skills : Builds a stronger personal equation, gains industry/people intelligence, builds business leads, proactively accesses higher rungs of leaders.
- Engagement & Influencing ability: Ability to engage and influence candidates of the CXO level. Should be able to initiate conversation and bring candidates to the table.
