Role Overview:

As part of our growth journey, we are looking to expand our team across industries and functions. This is a full 360 degree role: you will originate and own client relationships, lead searches end to end and run your own P&L. You will work closely with the leadership team to expand the network within the CXO/Founder community.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

- Deepen relationships with existing clients and onboard new clients by leveraging market insights and commercial intelligence.

Search Delivery & Leadership Hiring:

- Lead mandates end to end: understand the client brief, map talent, engage senior candidates, manage the process and close offers.

Industry Networking & Market Intelligence:

- Continuously stay ahead of market trends and the latest hiring practices by networking with senior stakeholders.

Research & Mapping:

- Conduct in-depth industry research to identify trends, key players and market intelligence. Develop comprehensive talent maps identifying potential candidates within target industries and organizations.

Talent Solutions:

- Advise clients on talent strategy, candidate options and solutions tailored to their specific hiring needs and business goals.

What We're Looking For:

- 2 - 6 years of experience in executive search or professional recruitment, on the India business side.

- Strong delivery skills: talent mapping, senior-level candidate engagement and end-to-end process management.

- Ready to move from supporting client relationships to owning them. BD experience is a plus.

- Polished communicator, high energy and self-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset.

- Curious, commercially sharp and open to learning.
