Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Consultant Dermatologist to join a leading healthcare organization in Mumbai. The role involves delivering advanced dermatological care, managing complex clinical cases, and contributing to the growth of dermatology services with a strong focus on patient outcomes and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatological conditions

- Provide expert consultation for skin, hair, nail, and sexually transmitted disorders

- Perform advanced dermatological and aesthetic procedures (lasers, injectables, chemical peels, biopsies, etc.)

- Manage high-volume OPD consultations while maintaining superior patient care standards

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams for integrated patient treatment plans

- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines

- Mentor junior doctors and support training initiatives, as required

Contribute to service development, clinical audits, and continuous quality improvement

- Maintain accurate medical documentation and EMR records

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MD/DNB in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprology from a recognized institution

- 10-14 years of post-qualification clinical experience

- Strong expertise in medical and cosmetic dermatology

- Hands-on experience with advanced dermatology technologies and procedures

- Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment

- Experience with leading hospitals, premium clinics, or multi-specialty setups preferred
