Consultant - Deal Advisory Integration & Separation Team

We are recruiting for a Consultant in the Deal Advisory Integration & Separation (I&S) team.

The roles and responsibilities will include:

- Support daily activities on integration / separation projects (IMO/SMO) and assist client work stream leads in fulfilling their objectives

- Conduct standalone cost assessment / operational analysis e.g., financial & organizational baselining, functional benchmarking, hotspot matrix and financial modelling

- Perform high-level synergy assessments to identify potential cost savings, revenue enhancements, and strategic alignment opportunities in target acquisitions

- Transform and analyze large (sometimes unstructured) datasets to help clients assess the impact of change

- Produce high quality input into deliverables (usually detailed written reports) within agreed timescales, briefing Manager / AD accordingly

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in interviews and workshops, support work streams and analysis during engagements, and oversee small teams as needed

- Actively support an Assistant Manager / Manager in building and managing the relationship with onshore professionals

- Engage with onshore teams in business development activities, supporting on the development of proposals and sector
