Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced Data Visualization Consultants to join our PharmaTech team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex pharmaceutical data into compelling and actionable insights for our clients. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop visualizations that drive data-informed decision-making. Your work will directly impact the way our clients understand drug development, clinical trial outcomes, and market trends, ultimately contributing to improved patient outcomes and business success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to effectively communicate complex pharmaceutical data to various stakeholders.

- Collaborate with data scientists and business analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into clear and concise visualizations.

- Conduct data analysis and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide actionable insights to clients.

- Present data visualizations and findings to clients and internal teams, effectively communicating the story behind the data.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data validation and quality control processes.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest data visualization techniques and technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visualizations.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to create impactful and insightful data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

- Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation, with a strong understanding of statistical concepts.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
