Consultant - Commercial Analytics - PharmaTech

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Analytics Consultant to join our growing Commercial Analytics team within our PharmaTech division. In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex business questions into actionable insights through data analysis, visualization, and reporting.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, as well as external clients, to understand their needs and deliver data-driven solutions. Your work will directly impact our clients' ability to make informed decisions, optimize their commercial strategies, and ultimately improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze large datasets from various sources (e.g., sales data, market research, clinical trial data) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for commercial growth.

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.

- Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to forecast sales, predict market trends, and assess the impact of marketing campaigns.

- Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences through presentations, reports, and data visualizations.

- Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility.

- Support the development of new analytical products and services to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

- Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of best practices for commercial analytics within the organization.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and communicate complex data insights effectively.

- Proven expertise in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting using tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.

- Strong understanding of statistical modeling techniques and their application to commercial problems.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

- Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing concepts (BI/DW).

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

- Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
