Job Purpose
Specialized consultants who act as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Project Managers (PMs) to support clients in the Retail Banking- Cards space. Specialize in the development of target operating models (including support during near-/offshoring of operations), large/medium scale projects, driving digital banking initiatives, process automations initiatives and other operational transformation programs
Duties and responsibilities - Generic:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Good interpersonal & Time management skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
Roles and responsibilities - Process Requirements:
- Supporting clients with regards to performance improvement, operating models and service delivery, primarily in the Retail banking, Cards operations space
- Work with IT on various automation initiatives
- Prepare pro-active pitches for various target clients across the market and working with BRMs
- An individual with prior demonstrated experience in Retail Banking - Cards Operations practice and in the operations delivery, Consulting services at complex large and mid-sized banks and financial institutions.
- Highly effective communication with all levels of the organization including senior management
- Typically viewed as a subject matter expert
- Knowledge about emerging trends
- Handle consulting engagements related to process transformation and optimization
Qualifications:
- Overall 15+ years of experience in Banking / BFSI of which 10+ years of experience in Operations, Delivery Management, Consulting and Transformation experience including Lite Tech and Digital Banking experience
- Experience in Cards operations process re-engineering and automations.
Working conditions:
- General working hours.
