Role Overview:

As a Business Process Improvement Consultant (PEX Consultant), you will be at the forefront of driving operational excellence within our organization and for our clients. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, technology, and business stakeholders, to understand their needs and develop tailored process improvement strategies. Ultimately, your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction, business profitability, and the organization's ability to achieve its strategic goals. This role is based in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough assessments of existing business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization, leading to improved operational effectiveness.

- Develop detailed process maps and documentation to visualize current state processes and facilitate clear communication and understanding among stakeholders, ensuring alignment on improvement initiatives.

- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify root causes of process issues and develop data-driven solutions, resulting in measurable improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Design and implement process improvement initiatives, leveraging methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM, to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes, providing training and support to ensure successful adoption and sustainability, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process improvements, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance and achieve desired business outcomes, driving ongoing value creation.

- Manage multiple process improvement projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget, while maintaining high quality standards.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in Process Mapping techniques, including value stream mapping and flowcharting, enabling clear visualization and analysis of complex processes.

- Proven ability in Problem Solving, utilizing analytical and critical thinking skills to identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions.

- Exceptional Communication Skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM methodologies, with experience applying these principles to drive process improvement initiatives.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership and collaboration skills to achieve common goals.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
