Manager JD:

Your work profile:

- Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Finance implementations (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and other sub-ledger modules).

- Conduct business requirement workshops and solution design sessions with stakeholders.

- Translate business needs into functional specifications and configure Oracle Cloud Financial modules accordingly.

- Manage a team of functional consultants, guide them through design, build, testing, and deployment phases.

- Oversee integration, data migration, and testing activities across modules and with external systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, integration, and reporting leads.

- Drive project deliverables and ensure alignment with timeline, scope, and quality standards.

- Act as the primary point of contact for the client for all finance functional-related matters.

- Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations.

- Ensure compliance with business processes, SOX, and audit requirements.

Key skills required:

- Bachelors or masters degree or related fields.

- Minimum 9 years of Oracle Financials experience, with at least 5 Oracle Cloud Finance implementations.

- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA.

- Good understanding of financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).

- Experience in designing COA, legal entities, ledgers, and business units setup in Oracle Cloud.

- Proven experience with Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Support.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

AD JD:

Your work profile:

- 15+ years of Experience in Oracle ERP out of which minimum 3 years of experience should be on Oracle Fusion Cloud.

- Strong Experience in working in core Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA and Taxation).

- Should possess excellent knowledge and understanding on Procure to Pay, Order to Cash and Record to Report business cycles.

- Should have performed extensive client facing roles.

- Should possess strong accounting acumen both from financial accounting as well as reporting perspectives.

- Should have been part of at least 5 end to end implementation of Oracle ERP.

- Strong Experience in working with Application Maintenance and Support projects.

- Experience in writing design documents and creating process flows.

- Experience of working on customizations including functional design, test scripts, functional unit testing.

- Experience in writing test scripts for Unit testing, SIT, UAT.

- Should have worked in creating OTBI reports.

- Experience of performing data conversions using FBDI in Oracle Cloud ERP.

- Should have experience of managing client SLAs for support projects and also worked on process improvements.

- Extensive experience working on Presales, Business Development and Client relationships is a MUST. Ability to manage Customers, experience in Engagement Management, delivering end to end projects and ability to work on getting new and repeat business will be part of Core KPIs along with delivery skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

- Should have excellent client interfacing and team management skills. Should be able to lead by example.

Key skills required:

- 10+ years of ERP consulting experience with strong expertise in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Oracle Fusion Financials.

- Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformation programs.

- Deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expenses, and Financial Reporting.

- Strong knowledge of JD Edwards Financial Management modules including General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Job Cost.

- Experience in ERP assessment, roadmap definition, cloud transformation, and JD Edwards to Oracle Fusion migration programs.

- Strong understanding of finance business processes, internal controls, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.

- Experience managing large stakeholder groups, distributed teams, and global delivery models.

- Demonstrated leadership in solution design, client relationship management, and project governance.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
