Role Overview
We are hiring Consultants / Associate Consultants for EMEA Strategy Consulting within the Life Sciences & Healthcare domain. The role involves working on high-impact global consulting projects across areas such as:

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct primary & secondary research and perform quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Support strategic problem-solving and client solution development
- Manage project workstreams and stakeholder interactions
- Develop presentations, reports, and client deliverables
- Translate data into meaningful business insights and recommendations
- Support proposal development and business development initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior colleagues
- Contribute to internal initiatives including recruitment, training, and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- Associate Consultant: 1-4 years of experience in healthcare/pharma/strategy consulting
- Consultant: 4-6 years of experience in strategy consulting, preferably within life sciences or healthcare
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in commercial consulting, market research, or healthcare strategy preferred
- Understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare industry trends
- Willingness to learn and apply Generative AI in business problem-solving
- Strong stakeholder management and teamwork capabilities
- Willingness to travel
