Consultant/Assistant Manager - Internal Audit - CA

BNC is hiring for a Associate/Consultant / Assistant Manager role in the Internal Audit team for one of our top-tier Big 4 clients, based in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with 0-5 years o hands-on experience in internal audits, risk assessments, and process reviews, preferably with exposure to the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct internal audits across operational, financial, and compliance areas

2. Perform risk assessments and assist in developing audit plans

3. Evaluate internal controls, identify control gaps, and recommend remediation actions

4. Prepare audit reports highlighting key findings, risks, and improvement opportunities

5. Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation

6. Work closely with client teams to understand business processes and provide value-added insights

7. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and professional standards

8. Support in special reviews, investigations, and process improvement projects as needed

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-5 years of post-qualification experience in Internal Audit.

2. Strong exposure to internal audits, risk management, and controls testing

3. Preferred industry experience: Manufacturing / Consulting Firm.

4. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

5. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines under pressure

6. Prior experience with a consulting firm or Big 4 will be an added advantage

7. Immediate joiners is preferred.
