Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, proactive Junior Consultant/Analyst to support key business functions, including business development, sales, marketing, and operations. This dynamic role offers significant growth potential and the opportunity to become a core member of an international team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct comprehensive market research on global trends, regulatory landscapes, competition, and emerging business opportunities
2. Identify and qualify potential clients (clinicians, distributors, clinical partners), and build and maintain high-quality lead databases
3. Perform competitive analysis and prepare intelligence reports to support strategic decision-making
4. Assist in the development of business presentations, proposals, and sales collateral
5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to follow up on leads and support ongoing commercial efforts
6. Operate and maintain the PRIORITY ERP system, including:
a. Entering and tracking customer orders
b. Supporting key operational workflows
c. Liaising with the accounting team for invoicing and reconciliation
7. Generate business intelligence reports, monitor KPIs, and deliver insights for leadership teams
8. Coordinate effectively with team members based in Israel and ensure clear, timely communication across functions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline
- Experience at a consulting firm is a MUST
- Exposure to the medical device industry is an advantage
- Strong independent working skills with excellent communication and reporting abilities
- High proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis
- Experience with ERP systems (especially PRIORITY) is a strong advantage
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, analytical mindset
Preferred Qualities:
- Background in medtech or dental device industries is a strong plus
- Understanding of sales processes and the customer journey
- Commercial acumen and ability to identify and support growth opportunities
