Consultant - Aerospace - IIT/IIM

We are hiring Aerospace Consultants for a leading global professional services organization. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in the Aerospace & Defence sector who can drive strategic initiatives, market analysis, business transformation, and supply chain optimization within the Indian and global aerospace ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and industry analysis within Aerospace & Defence.

- Develop growth strategies, market-entry plans, and business transformation initiatives.

- Support digital transformation and operational excellence programs.

- Drive manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain optimization projects.

- Advise clients on defence procurement, policy frameworks, and industry regulations.

- Develop executive-level presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations.

- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, government bodies, and cross-functional teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 11+ years of experience in Aerospace, Defence, Aviation, or related consulting environments.

- Strong understanding of the Indian Defence ecosystem, including organizations such as DRDO, HAL, Defence PSUs, and defence procurement processes.

- Experience in strategy consulting, transformation programs, supply chain consulting, or aerospace operations.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work with senior leadership and government stakeholders.
