Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage key workstreams across high-impact consulting projects
- Conduct problem-solving, data analysis, and develop actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive implementation and ensure outcomes
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and strategic documentation
- Support cross-functional initiatives and contribute to overall project success
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate from a Tier 1 college (IIT/IIM/ISB/XLRI/etc.)
- Experience in a Tier 1 startup or top consulting/strategy firm
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven experience in high-performance, fast-paced environments
