About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Consultant to play a key role in strengthening the startup ecosystem in Banswara.

This role involves mentoring startups, evaluating their performance, driving strategic initiatives, and facilitating partnerships to help emerging entrepreneurs succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor and guide startup teams through strategic insights on product development, marketing, operations, and fundraising.

- Evaluate startup applications by designing and applying robust performance frameworks; track KPIs and recommend actionable improvements.

- Support in drafting and reviewing agreements, SOPs, and policies to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with investors, service providers, and ecosystem enablers.

- Plan and execute startup events - from concept development and vendor coordination to on-ground execution and team management.

Required Skills & Expertise:

- Prior experience in startup mentorship, project management, or strategy consulting.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage diverse priorities.

- Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

- Exposure to MSME, Livelihood, Skilling, Agriculture, or Startup sectors will be an advantage.
