Role Overview:
We are looking for a Construction Manager to lead site execution for commercial and institutional projects. The role focuses on overseeing civil works, managing on-site operations, and ensuring project milestones are met within defined timelines and quality parameters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and project budgets.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Liaise with architects, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
- Review project drawings and technical specifications.
- Monitor progress and prepare status reports.
- Handle material procurement and site logistics.
- Resolve site issues and coordinate inspections.
- Lead site meetings and manage construction teams.
- Ensure adherence to legal, environmental, and company standards.
Skills Required:
- 8-12 years of experience in construction project execution.
- Strong knowledge of civil works, MEP coordination, and project control.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
