Job Title: Construction Manager - Commercial
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 10 - 12 years
Work Mode: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings and design specifications.
- Monitor quality, safety, project progress, and timelines.
- Support effective utilization of manpower and materials at the site.
- Identify and resolve site issues and execution challenges.
- Ensure construction activities are completed within the approved project budget and schedule.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in civil construction and site execution.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site coordination.
- Strong contractor and vendor management skills.
- Good understanding of quality and safety standards.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
