Construction Head - Real Estate & Hotel Division

- Lead end-to-end construction execution of Real Estate and Hotel projects from planning through completion and handover.

- Drive project delivery within approved timelines, budgets, quality, and safety standards.

- Manage and coordinate PMC, contractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and project teams, ensuring performance and productivity.

- Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and execution strategies to ensure timely completion.

- Monitor project budgets, BOQs, variations, procurement costs, and cost optimisation.

- Ensure strict adherence to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and construction methodologies.

- Review daily/weekly project progress, identify critical bottlenecks, and implement timely corrective actions.

- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, MEP, Interior, Design, and other technical teams for seamless project execution.

- For Hotel projects, oversee execution of MEP, interiors, guest rooms, F&B areas, landscaping, and other hospitality facilities.

- Ensure compliance with statutory approvals, safety standards, environmental requirements, and applicable construction regulations.

- Lead project teams, set performance targets, and ensure effective manpower and resource deployment.

- Identify and mitigate project risks related to cost, quality, safety, resources, and timelines.

- Drive snag-free completion, testing & commissioning, project documentation, and timely handover.

- Provide regular project MIS, progress updates, cost status, and key risk/issue reports to senior management.

- Must-Have: Strong PMC exposure is mandatory, along with proven experience in large-scale Real Estate and Hotel construction projects.
