Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end construction planning and execution for a large-scale luxury project.

- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.

- Ensure project delivery in accordance with global construction, quality, safety, and technical standards.

- Manage project budgets, procurement activities, cost controls, and commercial aspects.

- Drive timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services in coordination with procurement teams.

- Manage and coordinate contractors, PMC, consultants, architects, and other project stakeholders.

- Monitor construction progress against approved schedules and take corrective actions wherever required.

- Ensure high standards of quality, safety, workmanship, and statutory compliance throughout project execution.

- Identify and proactively manage project risks, delays, cost overruns, and execution challenges.

- Review contractor performance, project documentation, progress reports, and commercial matters.

- Provide regular updates to the CMD and senior leadership on project progress, key risks, budgets, timelines, and critical decisions.

- Lead project teams and foster strong coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, and support functions.

- Drive successful project completion and handover within approved timelines, budgets, and quality parameters.

Required Candidate Profile:

- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution.

- 20+ years of experience in construction and project execution.

- Extensive experience in large-scale commercial, luxury hospitality/hotel, and high-rise projects.

- International project experience, particularly UAE or Europe, will be preferred.

- Strong expertise in end-to-end project planning, construction execution, procurement, cost management, and contractor management.

- Proven experience managing PMC, consultants, contractors, and multiple stakeholders.

- Strong leadership and project management capabilities.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage complex, high-value projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong understanding of quality, safety, cost, and schedule controls.
