Role Overview
- The Avengers GM Trainee - AI Product role is a leadership-track position designed to groom future General Managers for an AI-first organization. The role combines product ownership, AI strategy, and business leadership, with direct exposure to founders and the C-suite. The candidate will be responsible for shaping product vision, ensuring AI scalability, and driving measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap, and execution strategy aligned with company goals.
- Develop AI/ML strategy including model selection, architecture, MLOps, and production deployment.
- Drive product-market fit through user research, data analysis, and iterative experimentation.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI models in live environments.
- Work closely with Engineering, GTM, and Business Operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Lead and mentor senior AI engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Track KPIs related to adoption, performance, accuracy, and business impact.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong mix of AI understanding + product thinking + leadership mindset.
- Hands-on experience managing AI-driven products in production.
- Ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution.
- Comfortable working in high-ownership, fast-scaling environments.
