Role Overview:
- This role is responsible for owning customer success, retention, and operational scalability.
- The GM Trainee will ensure high customer satisfaction while building systems that scale with growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize onboarding and customer success workflows.
- Monitor churn, retention, LTV, and CSAT metrics.
- Implement AI-driven insights for churn prediction and retention.
- Scale support and CS teams and processes.
- Partner with Product and GTM teams to improve customer outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong background in Customer Success or Business Operations.
- Analytical and process-driven approach.
- Experience scaling post-sales operations.
