Accounts Consolidation Manager
Location: Thane

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Consolidation Manager to lead financial consolidation and reporting activities for a large manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in accounting, consolidation, financial reporting, and statutory compliance, with experience in handling domestic and international business operations, including import and export transactions.
The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial consolidation, timely reporting, management presentations, and compliance with accounting standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements for the group.
- Ensure timely and accurate consolidation of financial data from multiple business units and legal entities.
- Review and reconcile inter-company transactions and balances.
- Coordinate with finance teams across locations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Analyze financial statements and identify variances, trends, and key business insights.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations using Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Support the preparation of Board, Audit Committee, and senior management presentations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory regulations, and internal financial controls.
- Handle accounting and reporting related to export and import transactions.
- Coordinate with auditors during statutory audits, internal audits, and financial reviews.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with tax, treasury, commercial, and business finance teams for seamless financial operations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure timely closure of books and adherence to reporting timelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory.
- 4-8 years of post-qualification experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Consolidation.
- Experience working with large manufacturing organizations having an annual turnover of approximately 5001000 Crore.
- Exposure to domestic and international business accounting.
- Hands-on experience handling export and import accounting transactions.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Qualified CA with 4-8 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Strong background in financial consolidation within a manufacturing organization.
- Experience handling accounts for both domestic and international operations.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Immediate to 60-day notice period preferred.
