- Conduct end to end financial due diligence  - Identification of key issues and carrying out the relevant financial analysis  - To undertake smaller assignments or assist in larger assignments reporting to a Manager or Director  - Write sections of an FDD / VDD report  - Analyse in depth the financial information (trial balances, income statements, balance sheets and cash flows)  - Highlight unusual trends observations and frame questions for management  - Get involved in meetings with the target Management  - Review Databooks prepared in accordance with firm and professional standards and in accordance with the requirements of the project  - Establish strong professional relationships with onshore team members  - Review the work performed by the subordinates and coach them  - To provide support/assistance for proposals/business development  THE INDIVIDUAL  - Minimum five years of experience in a similar role   - Strong academic foundation in the field of accounting  - High levels of personal integrity and the ability to quickly build trust amongst colleagues and clients   - Strong analytical abilities to apply their skills in a dynamic environment  - Ability to lead and manage others in a pressurised environment  - Team player with the ability to deliver projects and to work within integrated, multi-disciplinary project teams   - Passionate about areas of focus with a history of learning continuously from experience and to seek out development opportunities   - Commercial awareness evidenced by an ability to identify opportunities to raise with the Engagement Manager / Partner   - Strong drive and resilience to overcome challenges or setbacks to achieve your team/project/client goals   - Strong professional written and verbal communication skills  - Takes personal responsibility and accountability for own work   QUALIFICATION  - Qualified Chartered Accountants or holders of Masters degree in Business Administration from a reputed college with a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business or related discipline  - Proficiency in MS Excel is essential
