Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities:

Pre-IPO & IPO Readiness:

- Conduct secondary research on industry trends, competition, and macroeconomic factors to support DRHP and fundraising documentation.

- Perform valuation analysis and peer benchmarking against new-age tech and sectoral peers.

- Prepare investor pitch decks, briefing notes, and responses to investor queries.

- Support financial modeling for strategic decisions, including due diligence on potential M&A opportunities.

Post-Listing:

- Draft quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, and regulatory filings.

- Prepare Q&A, scripts, and briefing notes for management ahead of earnings calls and analyst interactions.

- Track analyst coverage, maintain investor database, and compile shareholder feedback.

- Monitor peer and industry reports for insights that guide strategic decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with SEBI LODR norms in collaboration with the Company Secretary & Finance teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 6-9 years of relevant experience in equity research (buy-side/sell-side) or investor relations in a listed entity.

- Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and strategic financial analysis.

- Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA.

- Passion for and deep interest in Indian stock markets.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
