Job Title: Senior Consultant Strategic Alliance.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned strategic alliance practitioner to lead and expand strategic partnerships at ConnectedX globally.
This role is critical to driving joint go-to-market initiatives, enabling field teams, and delivering technical consulting to accelerate customer success through cloud-native and DevOps solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Alliance Strategy & Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive alliance strategies with cloud and DevOps partners to drive joint business outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across partner organizations, including sales, marketing, product, and technical teams.
- Lead partner governance, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and performance tracking.
- Managing Partner relationship and driving sales funnel.
Go-to-Market Execution:
- Launch and manage joint solutions, campaigns, and enablement programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create partner-aligned messaging, sales assets, and demand generation initiatives.
- Drive pipeline growth through co-selling motions and partner-led opportunities.
- Conducting research and data analysis to plan and execute touchpoint campaigns with partners, customers and leads.
Technical Consulting & Enablement:
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales consulting on cloud-native and DevOps solutions, including CI/CD, cloud cost optimization, and transformation initiatives.
- Deliver technical workshops, solution demos, and proof-of-concepts to enterprise customers.
- Liaising with internal / external stakeholders to collate account level information, deliver insights and work with the sales leaders in driving engagement initiatives.
Thought Leadership & Evangelism:
- Represent the company at partner events, webinars, and industry forums.
- Stay current on partner product roadmaps, certifications, and market trends.
- Advocate for customer needs and feedback within partner ecosystems.
OUR IDEAL ALLIANCE CONSULTANT WILL HAVE:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant sales, business development or alliances experience.
- Ability to develop go-to-market ideas or solutions working with our partners at AWS, Google, etc.
and bringing these solutions to our clients.
- Proven success in directly managing customer and large partner relationships toward business outcomes.
- Strong business and financial acumen and an ability to forge creative solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate across large functional teams (product, sales, finance, legal) in support of customer/partner success.
- Strong skills in multi-tasking, communications, negotiation, organization, and teamwork.
- An ability to work independently to solve complex problems and deliver growth metrics.
- Strong strategic selling/business development skills.
- Experience in the automotive industry solutions, cloud, data and analytics market is preferred.
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Preferrable to have experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Harness partnerships.
AS A GLOBAL ALLIANCE CONSULTANT, YOU WILL HAVE:
- Key relationship builder with industry leadership inside the strategic alliance partners.
- Focus on strategic alliances within the SBU/vertical to create and execute go-to-market plans to drive revenue via the partnership globally.
- Manage participation in all applicable partner programs and secure access to higher tiers.
- Engage directly with strategic customers, partners and internal stakeholders as a primary point of contact on our partnerships.
- Coordinate the launch of various integrations or joint solutions with partners.
- Coordinate our joint presence at key events or related industry events.
- Develop partnership network and business models that align growth objectives.
- Work collaboratively with partners to build a comprehensive annual joint business plan.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build joint go to market plans, marketing engines, and sales strategies materials.
