Role Overview:
As a Senior Product Manager (End to End Ownership), you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to development, launch, and iteration. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
This role demands a data-driven approach to product management, a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, and a passion for building innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes. Your work will directly impact the lives of millions of users by providing them with seamless and effective primary care experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key areas of our primary care platform, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs in the primary care space.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories for the engineering and design teams.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the team is focused on delivering the highest-impact features.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
- Analyze product performance data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features and releases, working closely with marketing and sales teams.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product updates effectively across the organization.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategies that drive business growth and improve user experience.
- Proven experience in conducting market research, analyzing data, and identifying user needs.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools to track product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to design solutions and create product specifications.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) is preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on online product management.
