Job Title: Senior Manager/Manager - Corporate Healthcare Sales

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: 6 Days a week (Saturday is Work From Home - WFH)

The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Manager/Manager - Corporate Healthcare Sales to spearhead our direct sales efforts within the corporate sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the adoption of our comprehensive annual health and wellness solutions among leading companies, directly contributing to our expansion and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Direct Corporate Sales: Aggressively identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients (B2B) for our annual healthcare and wellness programs.

- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact and pitch presentation to negotiation and final closure.

- Strategic Pitching: Understand the specific health and wellness needs of large corporations and tailor Connect and Heal's solutions (preventive health, annual health checks, primary care, digital wellness) to meet those requirements.

- Revenue Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

- Market Intelligence: Stay updated with the latest trends in corporate wellness, employee benefits, and the health-tech landscape to ensure competitive positioning.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and client servicing teams to ensure seamless implementation and exceptional post-sales experience for newly acquired clients.

- Budget Management: Accurately forecast sales and manage the budget for sales-related activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 5 to 10 years of overall sales experience, with significant exposure to Direct Sales to the Corporate sector (B2B).

Domain Expertise (Mandatory): Strong and verifiable knowledge and experience in the Healthcare/Health-tech industry, specifically in selling services like Annual Health Checks, Preventive Health, OPD/Managed Care Plans, or Corporate Wellness solutions.

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

Skills:

- Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets.

- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to engage with C-level executives and HR/Benefit Heads of large enterprises.

- Self-starter with a proactive and professional approach to work.
