Role Overview:

As a Product Manager at Connect and Heal, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our primary care platform. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to launch and iteration. This role requires a deep understanding of user needs, market trends, and technology capabilities. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver innovative and impactful solutions that improve the healthcare experience for our patients and providers. Your work will directly impact the accessibility and quality of primary care for millions of Indians.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key areas of our primary care platform, aligning with overall business objectives.

- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and unmet needs in the primary care space.

- Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories for the engineering and design teams.

- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and business priorities.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.

- Analyze product performance data, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on the product based on user feedback and data insights.

- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize product features and improve user engagement.

- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders across the organization.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the healthcare and technology industries.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategies that drive business growth.

- Proven experience in managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.

- Proficiency in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and user research.

- Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation techniques.

- Solid understanding of agile development methodologies.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business).
