Role Overview:

The Operations Manager role at Connect and Heal is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects of our primary care services in Bangalore. This role involves working closely with clinic staff, medical professionals, and support teams to ensure efficient service delivery, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to quality standards. The Operations Manager directly impacts patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the overall success of Connect and Heal's mission to provide accessible and high-quality healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the patient experience across all Bangalore clinics.

- Manage and optimize the supply chain for medical supplies and equipment to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness.

- Oversee daily operations of clinics, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation, to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Lead and manage projects related to operational improvements, new clinic launches, and technology implementations.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to healthcare operations.

- Implement and maintain robust data management systems to track operational performance and inform decision-making.

- Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity and patient safety.

- Develop and manage budgets for clinic operations, ensuring cost control and efficient resource utilization.

- Drive process excellence initiatives to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.

- Execute scaling strategies to support the company's growth plans and expand service offerings.

Required Skillset:
