We are growing rapidly and are looking for a high-performing Key Accounts Manager to nurture and grow our enterprise partnerships with corporates and institutions across sectors.
Role Overview:
As the Key Accounts Manager, you will be the face of CNH for our corporate clients. You will own the end-to-end relationship with assigned enterprise accounts-ensuring exceptional service delivery, driving engagement across health offerings, and expanding wallet share through upselling and cross-selling.
This role combines strategic thinking, relationship building, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients
- Build strong, consultative relationships with HR/Benefits heads, CXOs, and admin leads
- Conduct regular reviews to share performance metrics, feedback, and engagement plans
Account Growth & Engagement
- Understand client needs and co-create customized health & wellness solutions
- Drive adoption of services like doctor consultations, diagnostics, wellness camps, EAPs, and onsite clinics
- Identify opportunities for upselling and renewals to expand CNH's footprint within client organizations
Operational Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams (clinical operations, diagnostics, tech, and customer service) to ensure smooth execution
- Resolve service issues swiftly and proactively to maintain client satisfaction
- Track SLAs, utilization rates, and engagement KPIs for your accounts
Reporting & Insights
- Present performance reports, usage trends, and health outcomes to clients
- Generate data-driven insights to demonstrate impact and influence strategic decisions
- Maintain updated client records in CRM systems and internal trackers
What We're Looking For:
Experience & Skills
- 4-7 years of experience in key account management, corporate sales, or enterprise partnerships
- Prior experience in healthcare, health-tech, insurance, wellness, or B2B SaaS is highly desirable
- Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills across senior levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort with data analysis, reporting tools, and CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
