Key Account Manager

Role Overview:
As a Key Account Manager at Connect and Heal, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our most strategic clients. Your day-to-day will involve understanding client needs, developing tailored healthcare solutions, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, medical, and marketing, to exceed client expectations and drive revenue growth. This role directly impacts client satisfaction, retention, and the overall success of Connect and Heal's business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship & Account Ownership:
- Act as the single point of contact for enterprise and large corporate clients
- Build strong relationships with CHROs, Benefits Heads, Admin, and HR Operations teams
- Understand client objectives and align service delivery to expected outcomes
Onboarding & Program Success:
- Lead client onboarding in collaboration with operations and medical teams
- Ensure smooth rollout of health programs across locations, employee groups, and benefits structures
- Track adoption, utilization, and service performance against agreed SLAs
Service Delivery & Issue Resolution:
- Proactively manage service quality and resolve escalations in a timely manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent medical and operational delivery
- Conduct regular reviews and health checks with clients
Renewals, Retention & Growth:
- Own contract renewals and retention for assigned accounts
- Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell (additional services, locations, programs)
- Partner with Sales and Broker teams for account expansion
Reporting & Governance:
- Provide regular MIS, dashboards, and performance reviews to clients
- Track client satisfaction, usage metrics, and outcomes
- Ensure adherence to data privacy, compliance, and organizational policies
Required Skill set:
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow key accounts within the healthcare or related industry.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and sales strategies.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Experience in business development and account management.
- Degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
