The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our most important healthcare clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers. Your role is to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in key account management within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, products, and services.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop strategic account plans and execute them effectively.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Result-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
