Who are we:
Confido Health is building the future of AI-powered automation for healthcare. Our platform automates front, middle, and back-office administrative workflows, freeing providers to focus on care while improving patient experiences and operational efficiency. We integrate deeply with EHRs, telephony systems, and RCM platforms to create an autonomous, human-in-the-loop digital workforce.
Backed by leading investors - Z47, Together Fund and Blume Ventures, we are scaling rapidly across the U.S. healthcare ecosystem. Our technical foundation combines modern engineering practices with applied AI, voice automation, and workflow orchestration powered by a proprietary modular stack.
About the Role:
We are looking for a sharp, hands-on marketer to own the engine of the marketing team: publishing, distribution, campaign operations, and channel management. You will work directly with the Product Marketing Manager, who will invest in your growth across positioning, campaigns, and go-to-market strategy. This is a role for someone who takes pride in shipping fast, keeping systems clean, and steadily expanding their scope.
What You Will Own:
Website and CMS operations:
- Publish and maintain pages on our Webflow sites: new landing pages, blog posts, event pages, and content refreshes.
- Execute on-page SEO fundamentals: meta titles and descriptions, header structure, internal linking, image optimization, and schema basics.
- Keep the website content library current; flag and refresh outdated pages against our content freshness SLA.
Social media and video publishing:
- Own end-to-end publishing across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Instagram: scheduling, formatting, captions, thumbnails, and post-publish checks.
- Manage the YouTube pipeline for webinars and panel discussions: uploads, descriptions, captions, chapters, and playlists.
- Maintain the social publishing calendar and ensure a consistent posting cadence across channels.
- Understand how each platform's algorithm and feed work (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube); recommend posting times, formats, and hooks that maximize reach, and adjust the calendar based on what performs.
- Track basic channel performance and share weekly reports.
Product showcase assets:
- Produce and manage our library of AI demo recordings and product walkthrough assets: coordinating with our Forward Deployment Engineers on call configurations, editing and packaging demos, publishing them across the website, sales enablement hub, and social channels.
HubSpot and campaign operations:
- Build and send marketing emails, newsletters, and nurture sequences in HubSpot.
- Manage lists, forms, and basic workflows; maintain campaign tracking hygiene (UTMs, lead sources, attribution fields).
- Support webinar and event operations: registration pages, reminder sequences, post-event follow-ups, and attendee list management.
Marketing operations at large:
- Coordinate with design, content, and agency partners to move assets from draft to live.
- Maintain the marketing asset repository so sales always has the latest versions.
- Jump into gaps across the marketing function as priorities shift; this role flexes with the team.
What We Are Looking For:
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or a generalist marketing role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (email, lists, forms, workflows); certification is a plus.
- Working knowledge of a CMS (Webflow strongly preferred) and on-page SEO fundamentals.
- Experience managing social media publishing for a brand, including YouTube.
- Strong grasp of platform dynamics: you know what makes a post travel on LinkedIn versus Instagram, when to post, which formats each algorithm favors, and you stay current as platforms change.
- Strong written English and an eye for detail; you catch the broken link, the wrong UTM, and the typo before anyone else does.
- A bias for execution: you ship daily, follow through without reminders, and keep multiple workstreams moving.
- Comfort working with US-based teams and asynchronous communication.
- Bonus: basic video editing skills, familiarity with Canva or Figma, exposure to AI tools in marketing workflows.
Why This Role:
- You will be the operational backbone of a marketing function that is deliberately being built for scale, with direct mentorship from the PMM who built it.
- The scope is designed to grow: campaign ownership, channel strategy, and specialization paths open up as you prove out the fundamentals.
- You will work at the front line of healthcare AI, one of the fastest-moving categories in technology, with real customers and real outcomes to market.
