REQUIREMENTS:
- Typically requires minimum 9 years of experience.
- Either Engineering or technical graduates.
- Strong analytical and communication knowledge.
- Strong Domain/Service Discipline knowledge Defined Benefits.
- Knowledge of RKS/BA7 platform is preferable.
- Exhibit wide-spread experience on all Defined Benefit modules.
- Strong knowledge in MS Office, Mainframe, SQL.
- Good understanding of all standard Procedure Documents.
- Good Knowledge of Testing Procedures.
- Should be able to Coach & mentor team members.
- Strong project & people management skills.

- Liaison between non-technical client teams, design teams, and testing teams to ensure quality deliverables.
