Job Title : Director, Accounting Services

Location : Kochi, Kerala , IN

Job Requirement:

- 12+ years in BPO operations, Finance & Accounting services (Automotive domain added advantage)

- 5+ years in senior leadership or director level roles, leading large-scale global operations of 700+ FTEs.

- Strong experience in multi tower delivery, governance, contract negotiations, and operational excellence.

- Deep expertise in digital transformation, automation, AI, analytics, and ERP/platform modernization ( SAP).

- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in managing RFP's, RFQ's, budgets, revenue, and profitability.

- Available to work in UK hours.

Responsibilities :

- Leads global, multitower operations for 1000+ FTEs, driving strategic execution, performance stability, and resource optimization across delivery locations.

- Spearheads digital transformation initiativesincluding automation, AI, analytics, and ERP modernizationto improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

- Manages endtoend financial governance, ensuring commercial discipline, profitability, and strong executivelevel client partnerships while supporting business growth.

- Builds organizational capability by developing leaders, strengthening succession pipelines, and fostering a highperformance culture focused on accountability and innovation

Education :

- Masters degree required (Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations, or related fields).

- CPA,CA or MBA from premium institutes preferred for advanced strategic and financial responsibilities.

- Certifications such as Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) are desirable.
