About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Director to lead our IPO vertical.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of capital markets, IPO processes, investor communication, and strategic media relations.

This role demands leadership, client management excellence, and a deep understanding of the regulatory and communication framework surrounding IPOs and listed entities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end communication strategies for IPO mandates from pre-filing to post-listing.

- Develop and execute strategic PR and media plans to enhance visibility and credibility for clients in the capital market space.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with financial journalists, analysts, and media houses.

- Liaise closely with merchant bankers, legal advisors, and company management to ensure seamless coordination during the IPO process.

- Provide strategic counsel to clients on corporate reputation, investor relations, and stakeholder communication.

- Oversee a team of account managers and executives to ensure timely and high-quality client

delivery.

- Drive business growth through client retention, cross-selling, and supporting new business pitches.

- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance and media coverage to clients.

Requirements:

- 10 -14 years of experience in Public Relations, preferably with experience in handling IPO

mandates.

- Proven expertise in financial media relations, capital market communication, and regulatory communication.

- Strong leadership, client management, and presentation skills.

- Excellent command over English written and verbal.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Experience in leading a team and managing multiple client portfolios.
