Computronics - Senior Manager - Operations - CPE Recovery

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive CPE recovery strategy and execution across multiple circles and regions.

- Oversee repair and refurbishment facilities for telecom hardware such as modems, routers, ONTs, and STBs.

- Define and maintain quality benchmarks; optimize yield and ensure e-waste compliance.

- Achieve cost optimization through efficient recovery and repair processes.

- Lead cross-functional teams and manage vendors for smooth operations.

- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and ensure audit and compliance adherence.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- 10-15 years of experience in asset recovery, repair/refurbishment, or supply chain operations.

- Strong understanding of telecom hardware and the repair ecosystem.

- Proven expertise in vendor management, negotiation, and leadership.

- Data-driven approach with proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and reporting.

- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Operations, Supply Chain, or Electronics/Telecom (BE/BTech preferred).
