Computronics - Operations Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

- This role is accountable for managing overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of team, productivity, and set for the enterprise business Operations Department.

- Organizing in collaboration within business unit.

Roles & Responsibility:

- Work closely with BU head for monthly and annual operating goals.

- Communicate vendor and business operation ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.

- Work closely with business management team to set, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.

- Work closely with the inventory manager and team to perform analysis of our inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right equipment, maintaining solid inventory data.

- Internal stock transfer request.

- Setting up any new process for operation (along with finance, logistics, purchase) & communication to regions.

- Handling and sort out issues of Short supply, wrong supply, damages etc.

- Handling stock return and reconciliation process.

- Calculation of CIF on case to case basis.

- Taking care of global Shipments orders.

- To Share Backlog reports with regions.

- Addressing price approval issues, DA/OC issues after order loading.

- Review Stocks & Inform on Aging to SPOCs and stock reports of all Products to all India teams.

- Escalate to Principal Partners and our SPOCs for any OPEN ISSUE related to them.

- High light to Vertical Head on Pending to Pay Email to regions, stocks reached to them but not billed.

- Establish contracts and pricing and ensuring proper maintenance and serving as primary liaison with utilities and local government agencies, such as fire, police, health and safety agencies.

- Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends.

- Maintain healthy work environment and relationship with all NBHs Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

- Manage relationships with key operations vendors.

- Qualification needed is at least MBA.
