Job Title: National Sales Manager Siemens Software Distribution

Location: Gurugram, India

Department: AVSS Enterprise

Reporting To: National Business Head AVSS

Job Overview:

Beetel is looking for a dynamic and strategic National Sales Manager to lead its Siemens Software distribution business across India. This role will be responsible for driving national revenue growth, building and managing a strong partner ecosystem, and aligning Siemens software solutions with Beetels long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership

- Define and execute the national Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Siemens Software portfolio.

- Align Siemens business objectives with Beetle's distribution and growth plans.

- Develop annual business plans, revenue strategies, and market expansion initiatives.

2. Sales & Revenue Management

- Drive national revenue targets through channel partners, System Integrators (SIs), ISVs, and enterprise customers.

- Monitor regional sales performance, pipeline health, and KPIs.

- Implement corrective actions to ensure achievement of sales targets and profitability.

3. Channel Development & Enablement

- Build, expand, and nurture a strong partner ecosystem including VARs, SIs, OEMs, and ISVs.

- Lead partner onboarding, enablement, and certification programs.

- Empower partners to independently generate and close Siemens software opportunities.

4. Customer Engagement

- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic enterprise customers and key accounts.

- Work closely with Siemens teams and internal stakeholders to deliver customized solutions.

- Ensure sustained customer satisfaction and recurring revenue streams.

5. Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams and pre-sales engineers.

- Set clear performance goals and foster a high-performance, accountable sales culture.

- Enable continuous skill development and market knowledge enhancement within the team.

6. Operational Excellence

- Ensure compliance with Siemens and Beetle's internal policies, processes, and governance.

- Manage sales planning, forecasting, commercial negotiations, and deal closures.

- Coordinate with finance, operations, and support teams for seamless execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred); MBA is an added advantage.

- 15- 20 years of experience in enterprise software sales.

- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a national or leadership role managing channel/distribution business.

- Strong exposure to Siemens PLM solutions such as NX, Teamcenter, Solid Edge, or similar enterprise software portfolios.

- Proven track record of managing large partner networks and driving national-level revenue.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
