Position Description:

Position Title: National Business Head (NBH)

Location: Gurgaon

Grade: Sr. Manager / DGM

Reports To: Business Unit Head - Enterprise Position Summary

The role holder will be accountable for driving revenue and gross margin through B2B sales of Display, Sound, and Solutions products. This is a full P&L ownership role, responsible for business planning, lead generation and conversion, customer relationship management, material projections, team management & development.


Key Responsibilities:

- Own business performance across Revenue, GP, and EBITDA against budget (monthly/quarterly/annual). Ensure accurate sales forecasting.

- Drive profitable growth by planning and executing sales strategies.

- Achieve budgeted sales targets as per business plan.

- Manage distribution networks and relationships with OEMs, partners, RDs, retailers, and key accounts.

- Ensure timely collections for all sales made.

- Develop business plans and sales strategy aligned with company goals and profitability.

- Conduct market intelligence and expand presence across online & offline channels. Identify and develop new markets & partners.

- Collaborate with marketing to optimize efforts for sales growth.

- Ensure compliance with Beetel & statutory policies.

- Partner with Regional Shared Services (Finance, HR, Ops, Supply Chain) for operational alignment.

- Build, mentor, and implement leadership development plans for high performers.

- Participate in regional performance reviews & QBRs with BU Head.

- Administer PAN India sales operations with cost optimization and resource utilization.

Scope: PAN India Operations

Channels: General Trade, Large Format Retail (LFR), Ecommerce

Selection Criteria Essential:

Education: MBA or business-related degree.

Experience: 12-17 years in sales leadership.

Proven expertise in Professional Audio-Video industry (Samsung, QSC, etc.).

Prior work as a National Sales Manager with P&L accountability.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Strong communication, presentation, organizational & prioritization skills.

Desirable:

Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.

Flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.

Entrepreneurial mindset with customer-first approach.

Excellent negotiation skills and relationship management.

Willingness to travel extensively across India.

High on work ethics, result orientation & team leadership.
