About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned National Business Head Display & Sound to lead our B2B sales across India. The role demands full P&L ownership, channel development, strategic planning, and strong team leadership for driving high-performance business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Revenue, Gross Margin & EBITDA delivery across PAN India.
- Lead complete P&L management, forecasting & business planning.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets as per business plan.
- Manage & expand distribution networks OEMs, RDs, Partners, Retailers & Key Accounts.
- Ensure timely collections & sales realizations.
- Build business strategies to ensure consistent growth & profitability.
- Develop market intelligence & expand online/offline channels.
- Identify and appoint new partners in untapped markets.
- Drive marketing initiatives aligned with sales growth targets.
- Ensure compliance with organizational & government policies.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Operations & Supply Chain teams.
- Develop leadership pipeline & drive performance culture in the team.
- Participate in QBRs & Business Reviews.
- Oversee Sales Office operations with focus on cost control & resource utilization.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 20+ years of experience in B2B/Channel Sales.
- Strong exposure to Commercial Display & Audio-Video industry (Samsung, QSC preferred).
- Proven experience as National Sales Manager / Business Head.
- Strong leadership ability to manage & influence large teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical & presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving & decision-making capabilities.
- High result-orientation with strong work ethics.
- Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA preferred; business-related degree must.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation & customer service skills.
