We are seeking a Head Business Operations & Supply Chain to lead end-to-end operations, order-to-cash, imports & customs, procurement, logistics, and distribution management for our India business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle including order fulfillment, invoicing, collections, and last-mile delivery.

- Oversee Imports & Customs, CHA management, and compliance for high-volume shipments.

- Manage Supply Chain & Logistics including warehouse, inventory, distribution, and vendor negotiations.

- Drive process automation, SOPs, and KPIs to improve service delivery and customer experience.

- Optimize cost structures and operational budgets while scaling delivery volumes.

- Collaborate with business, technical, and service teams for seamless operations.

Ideal Candidate:

- 18-22 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, and Business Management.

- Proven expertise in imports, distribution, warehouse & inventory management, and vendor contracts.

- Strong exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Navision).

- Leadership in process optimization, SLA/TAT adherence, and multi-crore project execution.
